• Conform Social Security number requirement on applications to federal law & cease printing Social Security numbers on concealed handgun licenses
  
• Allow renewals by mail
• Automatically extend CHLs for military members during deployment
  
• Require renewal notices for expiring concealed handgun licenses in the same manner as renewal notices are issued for driver's licenses
  
• Exempt CHL holders from state gun-free schools law

Emergency Powers Protection Act

Strengthen state preemption

Repeal State Capitol carry ban

Establish uniform signage requirements for all locations, both publicly and privately owned, where CHL holders have been prohibited from carrying
